The College of Electrical and Communication Engineering will host an AWS Teacher Workshop on the afternoon of February 14 (Friday). The event, titled "AWS DeepRacer Autonomous Race Car Teaching Experience Sharing", aims to provide faculty members with a platform to quickly familiarize themselves with AWS DeepRacer, AWS official support platforms, and effective methods for guiding students in autonomous vehicle simulation training. The goal is to prepare our students to participate in AWS DeepRacer competitions.
The seminar will be hosted by Professor Po-Chiang Lin from the Department of Electrical Engineering and will cover:
Unit 1: Introduction to AWS DeepRacer
Unit 2: Overview of AWS official support platforms for AWS DeepRacer
Unit 3: Demonstration of AWS DeepRacer reinforcement learning training
Unit 4: Experience sharing and discussion
