In traditional Taiwanese society, Lunar New Year is the most important festival, symbolizing reunion and harmony.

During the New Year, Chinese families have the tradition of enjoying a "reunion dinner," commonly known as "Wei-Lu." Family members, young and old, gather around the table, and those living away from home return to reunite with their loved ones and welcome the arrival of the New Year.

To ensure that international students who do not return home for the holiday can also experience the festive atmosphere, the Student Affairs Office is hosting a Lunar New Year’s Eve reunion dinner. Students staying on campus during the winter break are warmly invited to join the gathering and experience Taiwan's traditional New Year culture.
