- Application Period: From March 10, 2026 to April 20, 2026 (in accordance with the academic calendar).
- Withdrawal Deadline: Until July 17, 2026.
2. On-line application system:
(1) Filing an application: YZU homepage> Portal > Learning Portfolio >Graduation Degree Qualifying Examination。Instructions
(2) Verification process of the Department: YZU homepage>Portal>Administrative Affair> Secretary> Graduation Degree Qualifying Examination。Instructions
(3) Verification process by advisor: YZU homepage>Portal>Teaching file> Graduation Degree Qualifying Examination。Instructions
(4) Please refer to the system manuals online.
3. Electronic Theses and Dissertations:
(1) Upload theses or dissertations within the timeframe: From Feb.24 th,2026 to July.31th, 2026.
(2) Must be uploaded by July.31th, 2026. (students who pass the deadline are not eligible for Fall 2024 graduation and shall wait to apply for Spring 2024 graduation)
