There is no restriction on the submission format. Acceptable formats include, but are not limited to:
- Written reports
- Video or other visual documentation
- Any format that effectively demonstrates learning outcomes

3. Important Notes:
- Please ensure that your submission is completed by the deadline; late submissions will not be accepted.
- Your submission should clearly present your learning process and outcomes. Required documents include: Activity Log, Progress Record, and Final Report.
