To ensure a smooth course enrollment process, please carefully review the following instructions and deadlines.
*This process applies only to students who wish to enroll in College of Management undergraduate courses (BBA & EBBA; course codes CM1xx–CM4xx), If you can't enroll due to course capacity or other restrictions.
Do not submit a request if the course is still available for selection in the system.
*For non-College of Management courses, please refer to the latest announcements from the Office of Academic Affairs.
Manual Add (Phase 3) Process
- Submission Method:
This phase will be conducted exclusively via an online Google Form.
- Application Period:
- September 08 – September 12 (Week 1 of the semester).
- Requests must be submitted by 16:30 on the day of the class. Late submissions will not be accepted.
- Example: For a Tuesday course, the request must be submitted between 9:00 – 16:30 on Tuesday of Week 1, regardless of the course time.
- Important Considerations:
- Most overcrowded courses were already adjusted in Phase 1 based on faculty input. Do not apply unless you have special circumstances.
- Submitting a request does not guarantee enrollment. Approval depends on classroom capacity and instructor discretion.

For the course「Fundamental Computer Programming 」(CM001), please select courses on the system by yourself. The number of courses will not be adjusted, and manual addition in the third stage will not be accepted.
- For TA Course Conflicts:
- Obtain email approval from the instructor of the conflicting course.
- Complete the attached form and send it via email as follows:
