Dear Students,

To ensure a smooth course enrollment process, please carefully review the following instructions and deadlines.

  • This process applies only to students who wish to enroll in College of Management undergraduate courses (BBA & EBBA; course codes CM1xx–CM4xx; BBA courses A~F, I Class; EBBA courses G~H Class).
  • Do not submit a request if the course is still available for selection in the system.
  • For non-College of Management courses, please refer to the latest announcements from the Office of Academic Affairs.

Manual Add (Phase 3) Process

1. Submission Method:

This phase will be conducted exclusively via an online Google Form.

2. Application Period:

Requests are accepted from February 23 (Mon) – February 26 (Thu).

Please submit your request during the specific time window corresponding to the day the course is held. Late or early submissions will not be accepted.

  • Monday & Tuesday Courses: Submit between Mon 09:00 – Tue 16:30.
  • Wednesday Courses: Submit between Wed 09:00 – 16:30.
  • Thursday & Friday Courses: Submit between Thu 09:00 – 16:30.

3. Important Considerations:

  • Most overcrowded courses were already adjusted in Phase 1 based on faculty input. Do not apply unless you have special circumstances.
  • Submitting a request does not guarantee enrollment. Approval depends on classroom capacity and instructor discretion.
  • Please double-check the course details before submitting your request. Errors may result in failure to enroll, and students will be responsible for any mistakes.

4. For TA Course Conflicts:

  • Obtain email approval from the instructor of the conflicting course.
  • Complete the attached form and send it via email as follows:
