【Very Important!】College of Management Undergraduate 3rd stage of Course Selection -Guidelines for manual add for the 1151 semester (Online Submission Only! )

Dear Students,

To protect your course enrollment rights and avoid any issues with your registration, please carefully review the following Phase 3 Manual Course Add Request procedures, deadlines, and important notes.

1. Eligibility

This procedure applies only to students requesting to add undergraduate courses offered by the College of Management, including:

• BBA and EBBA undergraduate courses
• Course codes: CM1xx–CM4xx
• BBA courses: Sections A–F and I
• EBBA courses: Sections G and H

This manual add procedure is intended for courses that cannot be added directly through the online course selection system, such as when:

• the course is already full;
• the student wishes to take a course offered to a higher year level; or
• online course selection is not available to students from outside the College or University.

⚠️ If the course is still available for registration through the online course selection system, please add the course directly through the system and do not submit the Google Form.

For courses other than College of Management undergraduate courses, please refer to the latest announcements from the Office of Academic Affairs.

2. Application Method

Phase 3 manual course add requests for College of Management undergraduate courses will be accepted exclusively through the online Google Form.

3. Application Period

Applications will be accepted from:

September 7 (Mon) to September 11 (Fri), 2026

Students must submit the request on the designated date corresponding to the regular meeting day of the course.

Applications submitted before or after the designated time will not be accepted.

⚠️ Please carefully check the course meeting day and section before submitting the form. Students are responsible for any unsuccessful enrollment resulting from incorrect information provided on the form.

4. Important Notes

1. During Phase 1 course selection, the enrollment capacities of most high-demand courses were already reviewed and adjusted based on instructor feedback. Therefore, students who were unsuccessful in the Phase 1 course lottery should not submit another request unless there are special circumstances.
2. Submitting a manual add request does not guarantee enrollment.
   Approval is subject to classroom capacity, current enrollment, and the instructor's consideration of teaching quality. Requests cannot be approved if the classroom has reached its capacity or if the instructor does not approve additional enrollment.
3. Before submitting your request, please carefully verify the course code, section, and meeting day. Students are responsible for any unsuccessful enrollment resulting from incorrect information provided on the form.
4. Students wishing to enroll in the following courses must register directly through the online course selection system. The enrollment capacity will not be increased, and Phase 3 manual add requests will not be accepted:
   • CM001 Fundamental Computer Programming - Introduction to Data Analysis
   • CM003 Fundamentals of AI Programming (I)

5. Course Conflicts Involving Practicum Courses

If the course you wish to add conflicts with a practicum course, please:

1. Contact the instructor of the practicum course you wish to reschedule;
2. Obtain the instructor's approval by email;
3. Complete the attached form; and
4. Send both the instructor's approval email and the completed form to the appropriate program contact below:
