Regarding the consolidation of investment portfolios on the Self-Directed Investment Platform, we kindly request your institution's assistance in notifying all faculty and staff members.
Details:
- The investment portfolios on the Self-Directed Investment Platform will undergo a restructuring of the account framework and will be consolidated into three portfolio types under the Faculty and Staff Savings Account: Conservative, Balanced, and Aggressive.
- To facilitate the portfolio consolidation process conducted by CTBC Bank, please inform all faculty and staff of the following schedule:
(1) July 16, 2026, to July 31, 2026: The reservation function for transferring existing holdings between accounts will be temporarily suspended.
(2) July 29, 2026, to August 5, 2026: Login access to the Self-Directed Investment Platform will be temporarily unavailable.
(3) After login access is restored on August 6, 2026, faculty and staff who have previously set up investment profit/loss notifications will need to log in to the platform and reconfigure these notification settings.
