To enhance the security and email filtering performance of our school's email system, the Office of Library and Information Service will be performing a firmware upgrade and maintenance on the email security gateway. Details are as follows:

I. Maintenance Time: May 13, 2026 (Wednesday), 15:00 to 18:00 (estimated three hours).

II. Scope of Impact:

• Email Sending and Receiving Delay: During the maintenance period, the email system will suspend sending and receiving services to external domains (this will not affect mail delivery).
• No Missed Emails: Emails sent from external servers during the period will be temporarily stored on the sending server and will be automatically delivered gradually after the maintenance is completed. No emails will be lost, so please rest assured.

III. Recommendations: For urgent official email needs, we recommend avoiding the above maintenance period or using other communication tools.
