Dear Colleagues,

Today, our company network has been targeted by a large volume of malicious phishing emails. Most of these emails are disguised as "Account Verification", "Password Expiration", or "System Update" notices. They are designed to trick you into clicking malicious links or revealing your login credentials.

To ensure the security of our company's data and your personal accounts, please strictly adhere to the following guidelines:

  • DO NOT Click: Do not click on any links or download any attachments contained in suspicious emails.
  • DO NOT Reply: Do not reply to the sender, and never provide your password or personal information via email.
  • DO NOT Forward: Do not forward these emails to other colleagues to prevent further internal spread.

What to do next: If you receive a suspicious email, please delete it immediately or report it as phishing/spam through your email client. If you have already accidentally clicked a link or entered your password, please do not panic. Contact the Network Media Group, Campus Extension 3104, and we will assist you with password resets.

Information security is a collective effort. Thank you for your cooperation and vigilance!

Best regards,

Network Media Group, Campus Extension 3104
