  1. This event incorporates the spirit of a Hackathon competition and combines it with professional training courses. Young students with entrepreneurial achievements or competition experience are invited to use “Hualien Big Data” for brainstorming and real-time problem solving. Through this intensive 3-day, 2-night bootcamp, the program aims to effectively connect local industry resources, refine entrepreneurial ideas, and facilitate the implementation of innovative solutions through mentorship from industry experts and an MVP CEO mechanism, thereby attracting talent to establish roots in Hualien.
  2. A summary of the competition is as follows:

(1) Eligibility:Young people aged 18 to 45 are eligible to apply, with priority given to those who possess data analysis skills or entrepreneurial potential.

(2) Awards:A total of four winning teams are expected to be selected for the Gold Award, Silver Award, Bronze Award, and Special Award categories. The competition offers a total prize pool of NT$350,000, along with implementation incentive funding of NT$800,000.

(3) Registration Period:From the date of announcement until 12:00 PM on Friday, June 12, 2026.

(5) Event Dates:July 6 (Monday) to July 8 (Wednesday), 2026, for a total of three days and two nights.
