It introduces new channels for reporting emergencies to the 119 service, enhances real-time location tracking for incoming calls, reduces response processing times (particularly for incidents in suburban or mountainous areas), and improves dispatch efficiency; additionally, callers can submit on-site photos and videos, enabling 119 dispatch center personnel to stay updated on the situation in real time.

An SMS reporting function is also available to provide an additional reporting channel for individuals with hearing or speech impairments, thereby safeguarding the rights of vulnerable groups. To ensure that foreign nationals in Taiwan can access critical disaster information, the service supports 16 foreign languages—including English, Spanish, French, German, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Thai, Malay, Burmese, Japanese, Korean, Filipino, Hindi, Afrikaans, Russian, and Dutch—in addition to Chinese.
