AREE has published a Chinese-language eBook titled “Guidance for generative AI in education and research.” We welcome educators, researchers, and students to explore and utilize this resource.

The original English title of this book is Guidance for Generative AI in Education and Research. It was published by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) in 2023 and is the world’s first guideline focusing on the use of generative AI in educational settings. The publication aims to assist stakeholders in policy planning and talent development. Its content covers potential risks posed by generative AI, data privacy, content-related controversies, and its applications and impacts on education. The Taiwan Academic Ethics Education Resource Center of the Ministry of Education produced the Traditional Chinese version in accordance with the CC BY-SA 3.0 IGO license adopted for this book.
