In view of current workload, human resources, and hardware/software capacity, and to ensure review quality and efficiency, the Research Ethics Committee (REC) and the Center for Research Ethics for Behavior and Social Sciences at National Taiwan University (NTU) hereby announce the following measures, effective immediately:
Submission Method: Please prioritize submission by mail. For in-person submissions, all documents must be sealed and placed at the Security Desk on the 1st floor of the Excellence Research Building.
Consultation Services: Telephone consultations regarding new case submissions are temporarily suspended. Applicants are kindly requested to refer to the submission instructions on our official website.
As a partner of the "Northern Taiwan Protection of Research Participants Alliance," our university (YZU) remains eligible to entrust NTU with review services (no formal official letter required). Principal Investigators (PIs) are encouraged to utilize this service.
