Notice of Control Measures around the Gymnasium for the 37th Anniversary Alumni Reunion Dinner

Details:

  1. Setup will take place from 12:00 PM, March 13 (Fri) to 6:00 PM, March 14 (Sat). The Gymnasium will be closed during this period (see Fig. 1).
  2. Traffic control will be implemented from 6:00 PM, March 13 to 6:00 PM, March 14 at the new motorcycle parking area and the campus loop road by the track field.
    Parking spaces within the controlled area will be temporarily unavailable (see Fig. 2).
  3. During setup, please enter and exit via Dormitory 1 or the Student Activity Center.
  4. Contractors and staff needing access should inform control personnel and park at the Dormitory 3 Basement Parking Lot.
