- The contractor is scheduled to carry out construction and setup operations on March 7 (Friday) from 13:00 to 21:00, and the gymnasium will be closed.
- During this time, vehicular access and operations will frequent the gymnasium and its surrounding roads. Parking spaces at the gymnasium side entrance will not be available, as shown in the diagram below.
- During the operation period, pedestrians are advised to temporarily enter and exit through the front of Male Dormitory Building 1 or the Student Activity Center. Normal access will resume upon completion of the operation.
- On March 8(Saturday), to prevent traffic congestion around the banquet venue, control points will be set up along the perimeter road next to the playground. The control period will be from 8:00 to 16:00. Parking spaces next to the playground will be temporarily unavailable, as shown in the diagram below.
- If contractors and office colleagues need to enter or exit, please inform the control personnel and kindly cooperate by parking in the underground parking lot of the Third Dormitory.
