1.The 113 Protection Hotline, established by the Ministry of Health and Welfare, is a 24-hour toll-free consultation and reporting service for issues related to domestic violence, sexual assault, sexual harassment, and the protection of children, the elderly, and people with disabilities. In addition to landlines, public phones, or mobile phones, individuals who are hearing or speech impaired or unable to make voice calls may use the “Care Together” website (https://ecare.mohw.gov.tw) for online chat (Path: SOCIAL SAFETY NET-ECARE > Telephone Consultation > 113 Protection Hotline > online consulting service) and SMS services.

2.To support foreign nationals, the 113 Hotline also provides interpretation services in five languages: English, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Thai, and Japanese. Callers can select their language through an interactive voice response system, and if interpretation is required, a three-way call will be initiated with an interpreter.
