Documents may be submitted in person to the Student Guidance Section, 2F, Activity Center, or sent by mail to the Student Guidance Section.
Late submissions will not be accepted.

Application Procedure
Log in to Personal Portal → Online Registration (No On-Campus Registration Required) → Student Loan Application Login → Complete and submit the application → Print or save as PDF the Student Loan Application Voucher or Registration Details → Complete identity verification at a domestic Bank of Taiwan branch or online verification.
- First-time applicants must complete the process in person at the Bank of Taiwan.
- Returning applicants may use online verification if there are no changes to the guarantor, personal, or related party information, and if they are not applying for living expenses or overseas study expenses. Online verification is recommended to save time.

- Bank of Taiwan Student Loan Application / Disbursement Notice (School Copy)
(Signature or official seal required) - Copy of Lease Agreement (for applicants applying for off-campus housing expenses)
Important Notes
- The Bank of Taiwan student loan identity verification process is available until the end of February.
Students who require adjustments to the loan amount due to third-stage course selection or other reasons are requested to contact the Student Guidance Section by phone or email no later than February 26 to complete the adjustment procedures. - First-time applicants must apply in person at the Bank of Taiwan. Please refer to the Bank of Taiwan website and related guidelines for detailed regulations and required documents.
- Loanable items include: tuition and miscellaneous fees, computer and internet usage fees, student safety insurance fees, book expenses (NT$3,000), and accommodation fees.
- On-campus housing: based on actual dormitory fees
- Off-campus housing: up to NT$13,800
- If there is any remaining amount to be paid, please log in to Personal Portal → Online Registration → Registration Details Inquiry → Download the updated registration payment slip → Make payment via ATM transfer, convenience store, or credit card.
- [Important] Students eligible for Tuition and Miscellaneous Fee Reduction or Disadvantaged Student Financial Aid must deduct these amounts first before applying for the student loan.
- [Recommended] Students receiving government employee child education subsidies or other government subsidies should apply for the loan only for the remaining balance after deductions.
- Extended study students may apply for student loans after the third-stage course selection (before Feb. 27) based on the updated registration amount.
(Bank of Taiwan verification services are available until the end of February.)
If registration details change and you are unable to complete the process at the Bank of Taiwan, please contact the Student Guidance Section immediately to avoid missing the verification deadline. - To ensure prompt and secure disbursement, please register the student’s own bank or post office account in the Personal Portal. All personal transfers are free of handling fees. For refund-related matters, please contact the Finance and Property Management Section, Office of General Affairs.
- According to regulations, any excess loan amount after course selection confirmation must be returned to the Bank of Taiwan.
If a student suspends or withdraws from studies during the semester, any remaining registration balance cannot be refunded to the student and must be returned by the university to the Bank of Taiwan. - Applicants are advised to regularly check emails and text messages from the Student Guidance Section to confirm loan eligibility.
- Matters not covered above shall be governed by the latest regulations and guidelines issued by the Ministry of Education.
