Subject: Priority Housing – Eligibility and Regulations (AY 115 Student Dormitories)

Explanation:

  • Eligibility Confirmation:
    Students approved for priority housing will secure AY 115 dormitory residency upon submitting the Housing Agreement and deposit within the designated period.
  • List of Students Qualified for AY 115 Dormitory Residency (Priority Housing): See right. Priority Dormitory Application Form.
  • Accommodation Period and Fees:Residents are required to stay for both semesters of AY 115. The total dormitory fee is NTD 26,900（susidy exculded）, payable in two installments together with the tuition and fees each semester.
  • Notes on Waiving Housing Eligibility:
  1. The housing deposit is non-refundable once housing eligibility is confirmed.
  2. Submit the Affidavit for Renouncing Campus Accommodation to the Student Housing Service Section by March 31, 3:00 PM.
  • Incomplete Procedures and Subsequent Applications:
  1. Applicants not listed will be deemed to have forfeited their eligibility after the deadline.
  2. Students who do not obtain housing in this stage may apply in later housing application stages.
