!!!Today is the final day to pay the dormitory deposit for students admitted from the waiting list (2026/04/20)!!!

 

 Description:

I. Waiting List Results

  1. This round of admissions is based on the waiting list order following the AY 115 dormitory lottery results.
    Admitted in this round:

  1. If vacancies arise after this round, an additional waiting list admission announcement will be made on April 29 at 12:00 PM.
    Students who have not yet been admitted are advised to pay close attention to subsequent announcements.

II. Follow-up Requirements

  1. Students admitted in this round are required to pay a dormitory deposit of NTD 2,000.
    Applicants must complete the payment within the designated period to officially secure accommodation for both semesters of Academic Year 115.

Failure to complete payment on time will be regarded as voluntary forfeiture. No objections or remedial requests will be accepted.

    April 21, 00:00 – April 23, 23:59 (2026)
  2. Payment Method:
    • Inquiry Path: Portal → Registration without On-site Check-in → Dormitory Deposit
    • Payment Method: ATM transfer
      • Bank: Far Eastern International Bank (Code: 805)
      • Enter the 14-digit virtual account number and the required amount
    • Each applicant has a unique payment account. Please use your own assigned account and do not use another person’s account for payment.
  3. Failure to complete payment within the deadline will be considered as forfeiture, and the deposit will not be refunded. The vacancy will be allocated to the waiting list.

III. Application for Off-Campus Leased Dormitory – “Jixian Building”

  1. Students admitted in this round (after completing the deposit payment) are eligible to apply for the off-campus leased dormitory. Please refer to the link for accommodation fees and details.
  2. Applicants must complete registration via the designated Google Form (link). If applications exceed available capacity, priority will be determined based on submission time.The Student Housing Service Section reserves the final right of allocation and adjustment.
