The application review process for the AY115 Summer Luggage Storage Service has been completed. Please refer to the attached approved list (link).
Students on the approved list are required to store and collect their luggage according to the schedule below:

Luggage Storage Room, Area A, 6th Floor, Dorm 1
Female Residents:
Luggage Storage Room, Area A, 5th Floor, Dorm 1
(During the luggage drop-off period, female students should enter through the Area A entrance of Dormitory I and take the elevator on the right side to the 5th floor by following the directional signs.)

⚠️ Important Notes
- Each student is allocated a storage space of 50 cm (L) × 90 cm (D) × 50 cm (H), with a maximum limit of three pieces of luggage.
- All items must be packed in boxes before storage.
- Please clearly label each box with your name, student ID number, and contact information for identification and collection purposes.
- Valuables, fragile items, and prohibited items are not allowed. The Student Housing Service Section will not be responsible for any loss or damage.
- Access to stored luggage during the summer break will not be permitted. Please ensure that all necessary belongings are taken with you before storage.
- Luggage must be collected within the designated period. Any unclaimed luggage will be handled in accordance with relevant regulations.
