- Dormitory check-out deadlines:
- Undergraduate students: by 12:00 PM on June 30, 2026
- Graduate students: by 12:00 PM on July 30, 2026
- After 12:00 PM on June 30, 2026, all dormitory access cards will be deactivated. Please make sure to complete the check-out procedure before the deadline.
- During the check-out period (June 27–28 only), each resident is allowed to have one same-gender parent accompany them into the dormitory to assist with moving belongings. Entry outside the designated period will be subject to dormitory penalty points in accordance with dormitory regulations.
