To facilitate dormitory renovation projects during the summer break, some graduating students approved for an extended stay are required to relocate to a new bed assignment.
To ensure the renovation work proceeds smoothly and to maintain a safe living environment, students listed in the attachment are requested to complete the bed relocation according to the schedule below.
Relocation Schedule: June 30, 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Please follow the steps below:
- Visit the Dormitory Management Center to collect the key to your new bed and sign the check-in record book for your new bed assignment.
- Move all of your personal belongings to your new bed.
- Return to the Dormitory Management Center and request a staff member to inspect your previous bed and room.
- Return the key to your previous bed and sign out of the previous bed assignment.
Important Notes
- Please complete the packing and relocation of all personal belongings within the designated period.
- During the relocation, please ensure all personal belongings are properly packed. Valuables should be kept with you at all times.
- Do not change your bed assignment without prior approval, as this may affect dormitory management and the renovation schedule.
- If you have any special circumstances or require assistance, please contact the Dormitory Management Center in advance.
- This bed adjustment is necessary to accommodate the scheduled renovation work. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
