I. Eligibility
Students who are currently enrolled and have not yet obtained dormitory eligibility for AY115 (including international students).
II. Application Method
Complete the online Google Form:
"Yuan Ze University Student Dormitory AY115 Manual Waiting List Registration."
III. Application Period
June 30, 2026 – July 3, 2026
IV. Waiting List Policy
The manual waiting list is independent of all previous lottery numbers and waiting list rankings.
When a bed becomes available, applicants will be assigned according to Article 7 of the Yuan Ze University Student Dormitory Regulations, which states that priority will be determined based on the distance between the student's registered household address (as recorded in the Personal Portal) and the University, from the farthest to the nearest, until all available beds are filled.
V. Announcement and Notification
Waiting list results will be announced on:
Yuan Ze University Homepage → Administrative Units → Office of Student Affairs → Student Housing Service Section → Latest Announcements
Successful applicants will also be notified through their Yuan Ze Outlook email account. Please regularly check both the announcement webpage and your email to avoid missing important notifications.
VI. Bed Assignment
All bed assignments will be arranged by the Student Housing Service Section.
VII. Requirements for Successfully Waitlisted Students
- Students who are offered a dormitory bed must complete both of the following within the specified period stated in the announcement:
- Complete the Dormitory Application Agreement through the Portal.
- Pay the NT$2,000 Dormitory Deposit.
Students will officially obtain dormitory eligibility for both semesters of AY115 only after completing both requirements. Failure to complete the required procedures and payment within the deadline will be regarded as a voluntary withdrawal, and no objections or requests for remedial measures will be accepted.
- Dormitory Application Agreement
- Please complete it via Portal → Dormitory Application.
- Dormitory Deposit
- During the payment period, log in to Portal → Registration without Visiting Campus → Dormitory Deposit to obtain your payment account information and complete the payment.
- The dormitory deposit is non-refundable if you later withdraw from dormitory housing, except for approved special circumstances. Please carefully consider your decision before making the payment.
VIII. Cancellation of Registration
If you wish to cancel your waiting list registration, please contact the Student Housing Service Section by phone at +886-3-463-8800 ext. 2867 or 2880. This will help avoid any disputes regarding dormitory fees or the dormitory deposit after a bed has been assigned.
IX. Household Registration Policy
To ensure fairness, changes to household registration will not be accepted during the application period. Any updated household registration will only be considered valid if it has been effective for at least six months.
X. Reservation of Rights
The University reserves the right to reassign dormitory rooms and beds in response to emergencies or special circumstances. Please carefully consider your decision before registering for the waiting list.
