【SHSS Announcement】AY 115 Student Dormitory Second Waitlist (Manual Registration): Waitlist Order and Admission Results

  1. Please refer to Attachments 1 and 2 for the second-round waitlist order.
  2. Applicants with the following waitlist numbers are admitted in this round:
    • Male students: Waitlist Nos. 1–35
    • Female students: Waitlist Nos. 1–45
  1. Admitted students must complete both of the following procedures within the designated period to officially obtain dormitory eligibility for both semesters of AY 2026–2027.

Application Period：12:00 AM, July 29, 2026, to 11:59 PM, July 30, 2026

Required Procedures

A. Complete the Dormitory Application Declaration Form

    • Portal → Dormitory Application

B. Pay the NT$2,000 Dormitory Deposit

    • Portal → Registration without Visiting Campus → Dormitory Deposit
    • Please make the payment using the payment account provided in the system.

Important Notes

    • After the dormitory deposit has been paid, it will not be refunded if the student voluntarily gives up the dormitory placement, except in approved special circumstances. Please confirm your intention to reside in the dormitory before making the payment.
    • Admitted students must complete both the Dormitory Application Declaration Form and the dormitory deposit payment within the designated period to officially obtain dormitory eligibility.
    • Failure to complete either requirement by the deadline will be regarded as forfeiting the dormitory placement. No objections or requests for remedial action will be accepted.
  1. Students who are not admitted in this round will remain on the waitlist. Additional admissions will be processed depending on bed availability. Please continue to check the latest announcements issued by the Student Housing Service Section and your university email regularly to avoid missing important notices or deadlines.
  2. Being placed on the waitlist does not guarantee a dormitory bed. All admission results are subject to official announcements and notifications.
  3. To ensure fairness, changes to household registration addresses will not be accepted during the dormitory application period. A new household registration address will only be considered valid after the change has been in effect for at least six months.
