Application Period: 2025/02/18-05/29 (Processed according to the schedule announced by each department)
Eligibility: Currently enrolled students of Yuan Ze University
Application Procedure: Applicants must submit the application form, external competition registration form, competition regulations, and copies or photos of competition works. After passing the preliminary review by the department and the secondary review by the college, the application will be forwarded to the Student Assistance Division of the Office of Student Affairs for processing.
Expense Reimbursement: Applicants must complete the reimbursement process within two weeks after the competition (within the same fiscal year). The reimbursement will be based on the approved subsidy amount and follow an actual expense reimbursement method. Applicants must prepare receipts and a reimbursement form, obtain approval and a stamp from the department supervisor, and then submit the documents to the Student Assistance Division for processing.
Subsidized Items: Registration fees, transportation expenses, material costs, meal expenses, and accommodation fees (according to Yuan Ze University's Guidelines for Subsidizing Students Participating in External Academic Competitions).
