1. Eligibility Requirements:
Recognition of the values of environmental protection and sustainable development (no restriction on field of study).
Must be a citizen of the Republic of China (Taiwan) with proof of residency.
Must hold a bachelor’s degree from a domestic university recognized by the Ministry of Education.
Must not currently be studying or working in the Netherlands.
Must be planning to pursue a master’s degree in the Netherlands in the upcoming academic year.
Proficiency in English: TOEFL iBT score of 79 or above, or an IELTS overall score of 5.5 or above.
2. Scholarship Amount:
Each awarded master’s student will receive NT$250,000 per year. The number of recipients will depend on the overall quality of applicants that year.
3. Application Period:
Applications are open from now until April 30, 2026 (ROC year 115).
4. Application Method:
