I. Application Period
From now until March 16, 2026.
II. Eligibility
Applicants must have been registered residents of Nantou County for at least six months, meet one of the following criteria, not be receiving publicly funded education or other government scholarships, and provide written documentation:
Students whose families have encountered unforeseen circumstances resulting in financial hardship, with certification issued by their homeroom teacher.
Students holding a Low-Income Household Certificate issued by the local township/city office.
Students from other financially disadvantaged families, with certification issued by their homeroom teacher.
Undergraduate students must have an average academic score of 80 or above for the semester and a conduct grade of 80 or above.
(This does not include students of the Open University, continuing education credit programs, interns, in-service education students, or students receiving credit fee subsidies.)
III. Scholarship Quota and Amount
Doctoral Program: 5 recipients, NTD 3,000 per recipient.
Master’s Program: 15 recipients, NTD 3,000 per recipient.
Undergraduate Program: 30 recipients, NTD 3,000 per recipient.
