📢 Student Awards Application Announcement (AY 114-2 Semester)

  1. Basis:
    In accordance with the Student Awards Regulations, outstanding students will be recognized for their achievements and granted the Achievement Award, Gold Award, or Silver Award as a form of commendation and encouragement.
  2. Application Period:
    For the AY 114-2 semester, applications will be accepted from February 24, 2026 to March 6, 2026. Students must submit their application and nomination materials to their respective departments.
  3. Eligibility:
    Any student who meets the requirements set forth in the Student Awards Regulations may apply and must submit the relevant supporting documents.

Students shall submit their applications to their respective departments or relevant administrative units as follows:

  1. Award Categories
    • Academic Award and Multidisciplinary Skills Award: Apply for nomination through the department.
    • Activity Award, Service Award, and Talent Award: Apply for nomination through the Extracurricular Activities Section.
    • Sports Award: Apply for nomination through the Physical Education Office.
    • Academic Performance Award: Departments shall directly submit nominations to the Office of Academic Affairs.
  2. Official Transcript and Supporting Documents
    (e.g., academic or research achievements, records of activities, results of sports or talent competitions, etc.)
  3. Apply for Nomination from the Respective Reviewing Units

 1.Please follow the application schedule announced by your department.

 2.Applications for the Activity Award, Service Award, and Talent Award shall             follow the schedule announced by the Extracurricular Activities Section                   (March 3 at 12:00 PM).

 3.Applications for nomination for each award category:

   (1) Academic Award and Multidisciplinary Skills Award: Apply for                          nomination through the department.

   (2) Activity Award, Service Award, and Talent Award: Apply for                                nomination through the Extracurricular Activities Section.

   (3) Sports Award: Apply for nomination through the Physical Education                      Office.

   (4) Academic Performance Award: Departments shall directly submit                        nominations to the Office of Academic Affairs.
