Food Safety Reporting Channel
To help maintain food safety and dining quality on campus, faculty members, staff, and students who identify food hygiene or sanitation concerns in campus dining facilities are encouraged to preserve relevant evidence and submit a report through the University's official reporting channel.
Please note that social media posts or screenshots may serve only as reference information and may not provide sufficient evidence for investigation.
For suspected food poisoning, physical discomfort, or other urgent food safety incidents, please seek medical attention immediately and contact the appropriate authorities.
