The 2025 “Shining Graduation” Ceremony will be held grandly at 6:30 PM on Saturday, May 24. Preparations, including rehearsals, setup, and teardown, will begin immediately. During this period, large equipment and personnel will be moving throughout campus. We kindly ask everyone to take alternate routes and remain alert for safety, to ensure the event proceeds smoothly.
We also sincerely invite all faculty, staff, and students to join us and celebrate this joyous occasion together!

🔸 Before 12:00 PM, May 19
Large trucks and equipment will be working on venue setup near the main gate and the circular plaza in front of Building 5. Please detour in advance and watch for your safety.
🔸 Thursday, May 22
Lawn installation will take place in the circular plaza, which may affect nearby walking paths. Please be cautious.
🔸 From 2:30 PM, Friday, May 23
A rehearsal for the graduation ceremony will be held in front of Building 5. Traffic control will be implemented, and there may be brief noise disturbances. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
🔸 Graduation Day – Saturday, May 24
- Graduates: Please gather on the red brick path between Buildings 1 and 3 at 5:50 PM and enter the venue together at 6:15 PM. Wear your academic gown and cap. As some seating will be on the grass area in front of Building 5, which has slight elevation differences, please be cautious while walking and sitting.
- Faculty: Please be seated between 6:10 PM and 6:25 PM to ensure the ceremony starts on time.
🔸 Before 12:00 PM, Sunday, May 25
Teardown will take place, and large trucks will be on campus. Please detour and stay safe.
📌 Ceremony Reminders and Services:
- Photography: Event photos will be taken by the Photography Club and uploaded to the Yuan Ze Flickr for you to download and keep as memories.
- Livestream & MV: The livestream link and the Class of 114's exclusive graduation song MV, "Far", will be announced on the official website. Stay tuned!
- Rain Plan: If the weather is unfavorable, an announcement regarding activation of the rain contingency plan will be made before 3:00 PM on Saturday, May 24.
- Entry Control During Ceremony: From 5:50 PM until after the fireworks, there will be entry/exit control in the graduates’ seating area. Your cooperation is appreciated.
