Students who transferred to another department in Academic Year 2026 and wish to apply for credit transfer for courses previously completed should complete the Credit Transfer Application Form and submit it to their new department by September 11, 2026 (Friday) for review.
Notes:
- Students who wish to apply for credit transfer for previously completed courses should complete the Credit Transfer Application Form in accordance with the relevant regulations.
- There is no need to apply for credit transfer for first-year common courses.
- For other courses for which credit transfer is requested, including professional courses completed in the original department, please complete the application form and submit it to your new department for review. After the departmental review is completed, the application will be forwarded to the Registrar’s Division for processing.
- Please complete the application by September 11, 2026 (Friday). Late applications will not be accepted.
