(Do not proceed with graduation departure procedures if grades have not been submitted or are temporarily saved.) |
Confirm that all course grades have been submitted to the Office of Academic Affairs. |

Notes:
- When collecting the degree certificate, students must present their student ID card.
If authorizing another person to collect it on their behalf, the authorized person must present the applicant’s identification document for verification. - Students who have applied for a minor or double major but have not completed the required credits must submit an application to withdraw from the program no later than one month prior to collecting the degree certificate.
- Students who do not collect their degree certificate during the above-mentioned time period may do so starting from January 29, 2026, Monday to Friday, 1:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. (excluding public holidays), by presenting their student ID card at the Office of the Registrar counter (Room 1209R, 2nd Floor, Building 1).

Graduate students who meet the graduation requirements may collect their degree certificate at the Office of the Registrar, Room 1209R, 2nd Floor, Building 1, two days after the department secretary submits the thesis grade to the Office of Academic Affairs. |
