二、抵免事項說明

(一)抵免審核:

1.共同科目:由通識教學部、國際語言中心、體育室、學務處審核。

2.專業科目:由系所審核。

1.本次申請適用114學年度入學新生 (含大學部、研究所及轉學生), 114-1學期未提出或第一次申請扺免漏列之科目,得於114-2學期再行提出,且以一次為限,逾期不予受理。113-2學期寒假轉學生未提出或第一次申請扺免漏列之科目,請於本次114-1學期提出,且以一次為限。

2.114學年度轉系學生以書面學分抵免表提出申請

3.服務學習課程以書面學分抵免表提出申請。(依學務處申請時間辦理)

1.轉學生轉二年級適用113學年修業科目表,轉三年級適用112學年度修業科目表,新生適用114學年修業科目表。

Procedures for newly admitted students/transferring students applying for on-line Course Credit Waiver for the 1st semester of 114School Year

I. Application Period

  • From August 1, 2025, to September 12, 2025
  • ⚠️ The system will be closed after the deadline; no applications will be accepted late.

II. Credit Transfer Information

(A) Review Units:

  1. General Courses:
    Reviewed by the following units:
     - General Education Center
     - Language Center
     - Physical Education Office
     - Office of Student Affairs
  2. Professional Courses:
    Reviewed by the respective department.

(B) Eligibility and Application Notes:

  1. This application is for new students of Academic Year 2025 (including undergraduate, graduate, and transfer students).
     - If the student fails to apply or misses any subjects during this application period, they may re-apply in the 2nd semester (114-2), but only once.
     - Transfer students who enrolled during Winter Semester 2024 (113-2) and did not apply or missed subjects must apply during this 114-1 semester, also limited to once.
  2. Department transfer students must apply using a paper-based credit transfer form.
  3. Service-learning courses must be applied for using a paper-based credit transfer form (based on the schedule set by the Office of Student Affairs).

  1. Curriculum Table Guidelines:
     - 2nd-year transfer students ➜ follow the 2024 (113th Year) curriculum
     - 3rd-year transfer students ➜ follow the 2023 (112th Year) curriculum
