★參與同學提供服務學習課程時數4小時，限額40名。 (完整簽到退並於活動後兩週完成日誌填寫者)

【報名資訊】
1.至 Portal 報名此活動。
2.05/04(一)前至人社院5511辦公室繳交材料金100元
*未於期限內繳交材料費者視同放棄資格，將會由主辦單位後台至Portal 取消報名
*報名錄取順序以完成繳交材料費為主，正備取皆可繳交材料費

【Ways of registration】
1. Go to Portal to sign up for this program.
2. Pay the material fee of NT$100 by 05/04 at the office of 5511.
*If you do not pay the material fee by the deadline, you are considered disqualified and will be canceled by the organizer through Portal.
*The order of registration is based on the completion of the material payment,and the material payment can be paid even if you are on standby.
