主旨：「外國專業人才延攬及僱用法第十一條工作許可申請書表」，業經本部於中華民國114年12月26日勞動發事字第1140519764A號令訂定發布，並自中華民國115年1月1日生
效，茲檢送發布令1份，請查照並轉知所屬知照。
說明：
一、因應外國專業人才延攬及僱用法於115年1月1日生效施行，新增外國人於最近5年內取得教育部公告世界大學排名前二百名大學之學士以上學位者，得逕向本部申請許可，在我國從事專業工作，爰訂定旨揭書表，以利申請事宜。

Subject: The “Application Form of Work Permit for Article 11 of the Act for the Recruitment and Employment of Foreign Professionals” was prescribed and promulgated by this Ministry under Order Lao-Dong-Fa-Shi-Zi No. 1140519764A on December 26, 2024, and shall take effect on January 1, 2026. A copy of the promulgation order is hereby enclosed for your reference and further dissemination to affiliated units.
Explanations:
- To align with the implementation of the Act for the Recruitment and Employment of Foreign Professionals on January 1, 2026, a new provision has been added allowing foreign nationals who have obtained a bachelor's degree or above within the past five years from a university ranked within the top 200 worldwide—as announced by the Ministry of Education—to directly apply to this Ministry for a work permit to engage in professional work in Taiwan. Accordingly, the aforementioned application form has been established to facilitate the application process.
- The updated application forms have been posted on the website of the Workforce Development Agency (https://www.wda.gov.tw/) and are available for download.
