本次開放之服務為 Google 提供給教育版帳號的免費基礎功能，並非付費專業版本。即日起，各位同仁皆可使用此工具來輔助教學與行政工作。
【簡單三步驟，立即啟用】
- 登入帳號：請先從Google登入您透過學校Portal申請的Google (G-Suite)帳號(如若想使用，卻沒有帳號則請參照上面的說明書操作並申請)。
- 前往網站：在瀏覽器網址列輸入Google Gemini並按下Enter。
- 開始對話：點擊對話框輸入「提示詞(Prompt)」，即可讓Gemini 協助您搜尋資料、生成內容或回答問題。
資安提醒：請勿將含有個人資料(個資)或機密敏感資訊輸入至AI對話框中，以確保資訊安全。

Subject: In accordance with Google's latest policy, the Gemini generative AI feature has been officially enabled for our school's Google Workspace for Education Fundamentals (Free Edition).
Note: The service released is the standard free feature provided by Google for Education accounts, not the paid premium upgrade. Effective immediately, all colleagues can use this tool to assist with teaching and administrative tasks.
【3 Simple Steps to Get Started】
- Log in: Please sign in to Google using your school Google (G-Suite) account applied through the Portal (If you wish to use this service but do not have an account, please refer to the instructions above to apply for one.).
- Go to Website: Type Google Gemini in your browser's address bar and press Enter.
- Start Chatting: Click the chat box and enter a "Prompt" to let Gemini assist you in searching information, generating content, or answering questions.
Security Notice: Please DO NOT enter personal data or confidential sensitive information into the AI chat box to ensure information security.
