為提升本校電子郵件系統之安全性及郵件過濾效能，資服處將針對電子郵件安全閘道進行韌體升級與維護作業，相關事項說明如下：
一、 維護時間 2026年3月12日（週四）16:00至18:00（預計兩小時）。
二、 影響範圍
- 郵件收發延遲： 維護期間，電子郵件系統將暫停對外部網域的收發服務(不影響寄信)。
- 不會漏信：維護期間由外部寄入之郵件，將會暫存於寄件端伺服器，並於維護結束後陸續自動投遞，不會造成郵件遺失，請放心。
三、 建議事項 若有緊急公務郵件需求，建議避開上述維護時段，或改以其他通訊工具聯繫。
維護期間造成不便，敬請見諒。

Dear All:
To enhance the security and email filtering performance of our school's email system, the Office of Library and Information Service will be performing a firmware upgrade and maintenance on the email security gateway. Details are as follows:
I. Maintenance Time: March 12, 2026 (Thursday), 16:00 to 18:00 (estimated two hours).
II. Scope of Impact:
- Email Sending and Receiving Delay: During the maintenance period, the email system will suspend sending and receiving services to external domains (this will not affect mail delivery).
- No Missed Emails: Emails sent from external servers during the period will be temporarily stored on the sending server and will be automatically delivered gradually after the maintenance is completed. No emails will be lost, so please rest assured.
III. Recommendations: For urgent official email needs, we recommend avoiding the above maintenance period or using other communication tools.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused during the maintenance period.
