Move-in Instructions
A. Check-in Procedure
When checking into the dormitory, please bring the required documents (e.g., student ID card) and report to the Dormitory 2 Management Center.
B. Room & Bed Number Confirmation
Please confirm your assigned room and bed number prior to check-in (see Attachment 1).
C. Move-in Schedule
- February 22, 2026 (Special Move-in Day / Non-working Day)
Move-in hours: 09:00–16:00 - All Other Dates
Move-in is available only on SHSS working days, from 09:00–16:00.
All residents must complete the move-in process within three weeks after the semester begins. Please follow the designated schedule to avoid any impact on your housing rights.
D. Dormitory Regulations
All residents are required to comply with the Yuan Ze University Student Dormitory Management Rules(Chinese) | Yuan Ze University Student Dormitory Management Rules(English) during their stay.
進住注意事項：
A. 住宿報到方式
進住宿舍報到時，請攜帶相關證明文件（如學生證），並統一至第二宿舍管理中心辦理。
B. 房床號確認
請同學於報到前，先行確認個人住宿之房號與床號（請參閱附件一）。
C. 住宿報到時間說明
2026/02/22（僅此一天，非上班日）
開放進住時間：09:00–16:00
其餘日期
僅限於宿服組上班日辦理，時間為 09:00–16:00請同學務必於開學三週內完成進住手續，並依規定時間辦理，以免影響個人住宿權益。
D. 住宿規範
住宿期間請確實遵守 元智大學住宿管理規則（中文） | 元智大學住宿管理規則（英文）。
