【諮就組公告】轉知教育部公告衛生福利部通知「網路媒體不當自殺內容申訴案件」之受理平臺，自114年3月14日（星期五）起改於國家通訊傳播委員會委託建置之「落實網路防護機制申訴系統服務平臺」辦理

一、「落實網路防護機制申訴系統服務平臺」謹訂於114年3月14日（星期 五）正式上線，並開放受理衛生福利部主管之網路媒體不 當自殺內容申訴案件。

(二)廠商服務時間及諮詢專線：

１、服務時間：每週一至週五上午9時至12時、下午1時至6 時（國定假日及例假日除外）。

二、衛生福利部前於113年8月1日啟用之「網路媒體不當自殺內容申訴平臺」將同步自114年3月14日起停用。

  • The "Online Protection Mechanism Complaint System Service Platform" is scheduled to officially launch on Friday, March 14, 114th Year. The platform will begin accepting complaints related to inappropriate suicide content on online media under the supervision of the Ministry of Health and Welfare.

  • The "Online Media Inappropriate Suicide Content Complaint Platform", previously launched by the Ministry of Health and Welfare on August 1, 113th Year, will be discontinued from March 14, 114th Year.
